1. Information we collect
When you submit a booking request, Coastal Spa K10 collects your name, phone number, optional email address, preferred date and time, number of guests, and, if you request our shuttle service, your hotel name. We also collect any notes you choose to share with us, such as pressure preference or allergies.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is taken in person at the spa.
2. How we use it
We use this information solely to confirm and prepare for your appointment, to arrange your transport if requested, and to contact you if we need to change the booking. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Where it is stored
Booking requests are delivered to our staff messaging channel and stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to the spa owner and reception team. Website analytics are collected in aggregate and cannot identify you individually.
4. How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for 12 months for scheduling and accounting purposes, then deleted.
5. Your rights
