Everything worth knowing before you arrive
Yes. Our front desk speaks English, Korean and Russian, and all therapists understand enough English to take pressure and comfort instructions. For Chinese-speaking guests we have staff available most days — message us ahead and we will schedule accordingly.
Yes, both ways, within 20km of the spa — which covers all the Bai Dai resorts. Tell us your hotel name when booking and we will arrange a car. There is no minimum spend.
Cash in Vietnamese Dong or US Dollars, bank transfer, and Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards. Card payments carry no extra fee.
Walk-ins are welcome, but evenings between 6PM and 9PM fill up — especially in high season. Booking a few hours ahead is usually enough.
Yes. Couple rooms and larger group rooms are available at no additional cost. Let us know how many of you there are when booking.
After the first trimester, yes — with a modified treatment and a side-lying position. Please tell us when booking so we assign a therapist trained for it. We do not offer hot stone therapy during pregnancy.
